Private Property Rights

After the Supreme Court ruled against private property owners in Kelo v. New London last year, Senator Snow sponsored Eminent Domain legislation and ran the bill in the NC Senate that would prevent a similar situation from happening in North Carolina. Senator Snow’s work provides protection for private property owners against unlawful taking by the government. Read the press release.
